My Bio

Mr. Moorman was born and raised in southwest Ohio and is a graduate of Carroll High School and the University of Dayton.  Gabe attended law school on a merit scholarship at the University of Cincinnati, College of Law, where he was president of the Intellectual Property Legal Society and a fellow for the Public Interest Law Group.

As someone who has lived, learned, and served in this area his entire life, Gabe is well-suited to appreciate and understand your particular case.  While every case is different, his committment to you will not change.  He focuses on Family Law, handling cases in Warren, Hamilton, Butler, Montgomery, Clermont, Greene, and Clinton counties.

Before launching his own firm, Gabe was an associate at Diehl & Hubbell, where he practiced Domestic Relations, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury Law.  He also worked at the City of Cincinnati Prosecutor’s Office and for the Honorable Timothy S. Hogan at the United States District Court.  Gabe was fortunate enough to work alongside some of the most talented lawyers around – while sharpening his courtroom and negotiation skills.  He has had dozens of trials and helped recover millions of dollars for his clients.

Recently, Gabe was selected into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 for the second consecutive year.  He is one of only forty trial lawyers from the state of Ohio to be chosen as a member. Membership into the organization is extended exclusively to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young trial lawyer.  Gabe was also named one of the Top 20 “Most Connected Lawyers” by Justia.com.  In 2013, Gabe was selected by his peers to the Super Lawyers: Rising Stars List.

Additionally, Gabe has been featured many times on live television as a legal consultant.  He is a member of the Ohio State, American, Cincinnati, and Warren County Bar Associations as well as the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the American Private Practice Lawyers Association.  He is also a member of the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce, Warren County Historical Society, and The Lebanon Theatre Company.  When not at work, Gabe enjoys golfing, writing music, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
